Associate Directors
Mitchell Taubman, Ph.D. worked with Dr. Lovaas as an undergraduate at UCLA in the early 1970s. He treated children with autism, ADHD and other disorders. He then attended the University of Kansas, studying with such founders of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as Dr. Donald Baer, Dr. Todd Risely, Dr. James Sherman, and his doctoral advisor, Dr. Montrose Wolf. After completing his Ph.D., Dr. Taubman returned to UCLA and served as adjunct assistant professor of psychology and as co-principal investigator with Dr. Lovaas on a federal grant directed at autism treatment. One of his special interests in Teaching Interactions which he brought from the Kansas model to autism treatment. After his post-doctoral work, Dr. Taubman obtained his license as a clinical psychologist and served as clinical director of Straight Talk, a program providing residential and day treatment services to adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. He currently serves as Associate Director of Autism Partnership, where he provides treatment oversight, training and consultation around the world. Dr. Taubman is the co-author of It’s Time for School, Building Quality ABA Educational Programs For Students With Autism Spectrum Disorders, and, Sense And Nonsense In The Behavioral Treatment of Autism: It Has To Be Said.

| Toby Mountjoy has been working with individuals with ASD forover 11 years. He has been extensively trained by Dr. Ronald Leaf, and Dr. John McEachin. Mr. Mountjoy oversees the Hong Kong, Singapore and Tokyo offices where he is responsible for over 130 staff including psychologists, supervisors and program therapists. Besides providing home-based and clinic-based treatment models, Mr. Mountjoy also provided consultation services to school districts in the USA and agencies and families in the Philippines, Indonesia, Columbia, Vietnam and China. He established the first charitable organization, Autism Partnership Foundation , and Autism Partnership School for children with autism in Hong Kong in 2007. |

Marlene Boehm Driscoll, M.A., LMFT - United States
Marlene is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in work with families of children with autism. Ms. Driscoll provides clinical supervision, counseling, program development and interventionist training and development. Ms. Driscoll began working with Drs. Leaf and McEachin in 1992 as aconsultant for the Behavior Therapy and Learning Center, a center focusing on parent training for families with developmentally disabled children.
Tammy Yardy - Canada (Eastern)
Tammy has been working with children with autism in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 1996. Tammy provides services to families, tutors and school personnel in the Toronto Area
Julide Saltuklaroglu - Canada (Western)
Julide has been working in the Calgary area providing Behavioural Intervention to children with autism since 1993. Julide has worked within a variety of settings including home programs and in the classroom.
Julia Peacock - England/UK
Julie holds a Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from St. Cloud State University. She has been working with children with autism in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 1995. Julia provides consultation, parent training and supervision to families and school programs throughout the UK and Europe.

Sherrianne Cheah - Singapore
Since 1991 Sherrianne she has been working with children who have special needs. Before joining Autism Partnership, Sherrianne had her own private practice as a Remedial Therapist, working with both mainstream and children with special needs. She has been working with children with autism in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2001.
